Cancellation Policy

When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other patients. In order to be respectful of your fellow patients, please call or text us at 305-907-3399 between the hours of 8am- 8pm to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance of the confirmed appointment will receive a 100% refund minus credit card fees. Cancellations made 2 hours before to the start of your scheduled appointment will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 2 hours of your scheduled appointment will not receive a refund.
